The Brainerd Lakes Area Welcome Center is located on Highway 371, just south of the business/non-business division of Hwy 371.  This unique center offers high speed internet access (wired and wireless), 24 hour restroom facilities, a complete assortment of brochures, interactive kiosks and other materials about the Brainerd Lakes Area, a gift shop and a place to get out and stretch your legs. You can also have your picture taken with the larger-than-life Paul Bunyan statue that makes his home at the Welcom Center.
