Besides an abundance of trout and northerns, the mine lakes contain both smallmouth and largemouth bass. You can try some "southern-style" sunken tree fishing as well as typical structure fishing for these hungry bass. Imagine gliding over crystal clear waters with forty foot visibility. If you really want even more solitude, check out the rivers! You won't see anything except deer, birds and other wildlife.

Point Sportsman's Club
A challenging ten-station sporting clay course simulates pheasants, ducks, woodcock and even rabbits. If you prefer the real thing, the club has a variety of excellent and expansive fields and meadows for pheasant, quail, and chukar hunts. Dogs and trained guides are available.
