Garrison Minnesota - Brainerd Lakes Area Chambers of Commerce

Garrison is located on the largest lake in the area, Mille Lacs. In the summer, enjoy launch services to the hottest fishing spots and in the winter come see a community-on-ice. The Mille Lacs Indian Museum offers exhibits dedicated to telling the story of the Band. Be sure to stop next door at the 100-year old Trading Post.

Community Events

Sports celebrities descend on this community each February for the Vikings Arctic Blast. Fall and spring bring golf, fishing, and archery tournaments. The events center at Grand Casino Mille Lacs hosts concerts and entertainer year round.

Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber is the voice of business in the region. The Chamber advocates for business, markets the region, and provides programs to help businesses succeed. The Brainerd Lakes Area Chambers of Commerce has four locations in the lakes area: the administrative office is located in Brainerd, and Welcome Centers are located at the rest area 8 miles south of Baxter’s Hwy 210 and 371 intersection; at the Trailside building in Pequot Lakes, and across from the Crosslake Dam.
