¹ The housing study was originally conducted in 1997 when Community Partners Research, Inc., was hired by the Crow Wing County Housing Task Force to conduct a study of the housing needs and conditions in the cities in Crow Wing County. A 2002 update was then prepared for the Brainerd Housing and Redevelopment Authority as a follow-up to that original Housing Study.
