Now in its tenth year, with over 220 graduates, Leadership, the Lakes Area immerses a diverse group of people in an exciting learning opportunity to enhance their individual leadership skills through an eight month experience with their peers. Together learn how to position yourself and your business for today's new marketplace.

The program will benefit those currently in leadership positions as well as those striving toward positions of leadership. All classes are taught by professional trainers. The program is limited to 30 participants. Selection is done through an application process, deadline August 15.
