This series consists of three programs offered from March to May to provide employees of Chamber-member firms with an opportunity to enhance their skills through cost-effective training. Topics for programming are developed based on input from a member education survey. These events are held the second Thursday of March, April, and May from, 7:30-8:45 a.m. Cost is $10 per person for Chamber members

Leadership the Lakes Area

Learn how to position yourself and your business or organization for today's new marketplace. Leadership, the Lakes Area, is proud to have produced more than 165 graduates during the past eight years. This program builds and sustains leaders in the Brainerd Lakes Area during a training program held September - April, one day per month.

- Gain knowledge about the unique Lakes Area community and business systems
Your investment in this training is $875 for Chamber members ($1,300 for non-members). All expenses associated with the training are included including world-class trainers, one night lodging, 12 meals, 24 breaks, instructional books/materials, transportation as appropriate, Business Day at the Capitol registration, and transportation, and the graduation program. Payments can be made in installments.
