This is it! This is the week I'm going to let Paul find me! I've got it all planned out. We're going to reunite at Paul Bunyan land during the Ox Auction. I've talked to the auctioneer and I am going to get up on stage at the end of the auction and he's going to pretend to auction me off...then we're going to make a joke about the situation and I'm going to thank everyone for attending the event and then I'm going to thank Paul for chasing me all over the area for the past six or so months. It's perfect!

Now you're probably asking yourself..."What if Paul doesn't GO to the ox auction?" Trust me. As his best friend, I know he'll be there. He LOVES Paul Bunyan Land...for obvious reasons. He would never give up the change to attend and event there.

I'm so excited to meet up with Paul again! I can't wait to share with him everything that I've done, what I've seen and who I've meet throughtout my trot in the Brainerd Lakes Area. I'm sure Paul will have some adventures to share with me as well. Then maybe in the near future, Paul and I can trek around the area together and make some new memories. Oh the fun I have to look forward to!

Memorial Day is over...which pretty much means that the summer months are coming to an end. And boy does it sure feel like it this morning! There is a crisp chill in the air that reminds me a heck of a lot like fall. But that's ok. I enjoy fall. The scenery here in the Brainerd Lakse Area is gorgeous as the leaves start to turn and the days grow shorter. And I can't wait to attend some Brainerd Warrior football games!

So this weekend is the Ox Auction at Paul Bunyan Land. I'm thinking that I'll probably try to get to that since I didn't make it out there all summer. I like to try to get there at least once a summer to check things out and to greet the park-goers along with my 26-foot tall look-alike. To see the look in the children's faces when they see not one, but two Paul's when the walk through the gates is priceless.

I wonder if Babe will be there? I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever find him! He's been out-smarting me for the past six months now! Can you believe that? Well, here's to hopin' that we'll run into each other soon. Until next time!
